Neil Labatte has a 30-year track record of success in asset building and value creation. Neil led the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts acquisition, development and real estate activities until 2004 when he became full time CEO of Legacy Hotels, Canada’s largest REIT. Neil led the REIT through a privatization process, which saw the REIT privatized in September 2007 in a $2.5 billion transaction. During his tenure as CEO, unit holder value increased by 100%. At both Fairmont and Legacy Neil was responsible for over $6 billion of real estate assets and transacted financings both in the capital markets and at the project-specific level.
Prior to joining Fairmont, Neil was a founding partner in AEW Mexico, a private equity firm in partnership with two large US-based real estate and public company investment managers. Prior to joining Fairmont and forming AEW Mexico, Neil was involved in US$40 billion of financing institution work-outs, loan restructurings, and financial institution sales and mergers. Neil began his real estate career in 1982 in Salt Lake City and was a Vice President for Investment and Consulting at Salt Lake City-based Wallace Associates.

Neil holds degrees in Master of Science, Finance and Bachelor of Science, Finance, Magna cum Laude from the University of Utah. Neil also attended Brown University and played professional hockey for five years with the Salt Lake City Golden Eagles and the St. Louis Blues.

Jeffrey H. Lynford is currently the President and CEO of Educational Housing Services, Inc.(EHS), the leading not-for-profit New York City organization that has provided safe and affordable off-campus housing for college students and interns since 1987. Today, EHS works with many academic institutions and corporations to provide housing for over 10,000 students annually.
He also serves as Co-Managing Member of Wellsford Strategic Partners, LLC, a family investment firm, was the co-founder of the Wellsford group of public and private real estate companies, and has provided executive leadership as chairman of three exchange-listed corporations which he has taken public. He has served as an independent director on numerous corporate and non-profit boards, including Equity Residential Properties (NYSE:EQR), the largest residential real estate investment trust, and several open- and closed-end mutual funds sponsored by Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS), a major investment management firm. Previously, for nearly a decade, he held senior investment banking positions on Wall Street.
Mr. Lynford has held three gubernatorial appointments, currently as Vice Chairman of The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and formerly as a Director of the Trust for Governors Island, and as a Member of the New York State Council on the Arts. He has also served on the boards of three institutions of higher education: New York University (NYU),NYU Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University), and the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Additionally, he is the grantor of the Lynford Family Charitable Trust, which supports many eleemosynary organizations with domestic and international missions. The trust has endowed fellowships at Princeton University, Weill Cornell Medical College, and the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts. He is an emeritus trustee of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, and the Citizens Budget Commission, and was the co-founder of the Institute for Mathematics and Advanced Supercomputing at Polytechnic University, now the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
Mr. Lynford holds three university degrees, including a Master in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. He is married to Tondra Lynford, who is a psychotherapist; they are the parents of four children.

Peter Goring is a broadly experienced real estate finance professional who has spent over 45 years in Canadian and US real estate markets. After obtaining his CA designation with Clarkson Gordon in Toronto (now Ernst & Young), he began an initial career in finance and investment banking (Wood Gundy Inc., now CIBC World Markets) focusing on real estate, and moved to the industry side in 1980.
His broad industry experience includes senior positions at both public and private companies in North America and Europe where he provided leadership in financing, acquisitions and restructurings.
Peter joined Minto Holdings Inc. ("Minto") in 1998 as an advisor on several special projects, helping to re-organize investments and enter into strategic partnerships to grow other components of the business. He subsequently joined the firm and led Minto's financing activities in Canada and Florida, serving on its management committee and initial internal Board. He retired from a full time position with Minto at the end of 2007, but has continued to serve as a member of the Board of Directors, where he was Chair of the Audit Committee from 2008-2016.
Peter obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Laurentian University. He holds both the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and the Chartered Director (C. Dir.) designations.

Randy Grimes is retiring as a Director in the Urban Land division of IBI Group, a publicly-traded multi-disciplinary real estate consulting, planning, engineering, and architectural organization offering services in four areas of practice: urban land, facilities, transportation, and systems. Mr. Grimes trained as an economist and has over 35 years of diverse business experience. During over 25 years at IBI, Mr. Grimes led urban land consulting teams carrying out a wide range of projects, including land valuations, financial and development feasibility studies, land use studies, market analyses, and economic impact analyses for an extensive client base, including hospitality, real estate development, industrial, transportation,
educational institutes, and government corporations and agencies. Mr. Grimes has previously been appointed to the Real Estate Advisory Board of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation.
